At Earth VC, we are committed to maximizing our brand reach and engaging our audience with impactful content. We are seeking a Marketing Associate, Creative & Content to feed all social and media channels with versatile, relevant, and timely content that drives audiences to our door. This role combines creativity and business-focused practicality to develop and manage content for our most important channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other media channels that drive engagement and brand reach.
Data-Driven Stories: Engage our audience with compelling, data-driven stories that highlight our firm's industry insights.
Visual Content: Create images and social posts that enhance our online presence and align with branded assets.
Smart Work: Utilize AI tools to optimize content performance and streamline content creation processes.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into our content strategy.

Yêu cầu

Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related role
Creative Skills: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content.
Content Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies for social media channels.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using design tools and AI technologies for content creation and performance optimization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or a related field (optional). We value the true experience rather than the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant Experience: Experience working in a venture capital firm or technology startup.
AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and performance optimization.
Industry Trends: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content marketing.
