1. Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Martech Expert to take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution across various marketing platforms. This role requires a hands-on expert with strong experience in customer journey design, campaign setup, Martech tools, and multi-channel execution.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys using platforms like Insider, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.
• Set up and manage multi-channel campaigns: App push, Web push, Email, SMS, ZNS, Web/App pop-ups...
• Collaborate with product, business, data, and tech teams to personalize messaging based on customer data and behavior.
• Analyze campaign results (CTR, CVR, ROI...) and continuously A/B test to improve performance.
• Map user events, define triggers, and configure real-time workflows and lifecycle automation.
• Ensure smooth Martech stack integration with other systems (CDP, CRM, tracking tools...).
Yêu cầu
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in executing campaigns on Marketing Automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience with MKT automation platform.
• Experience in customer segmentation, event-based triggers, campaign logic, A/B testing.
• Practical knowledge of multi-channel messaging: App push, Web push, Email, SMS, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset and independence in problem-solving.
* Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Skills: Candidates should also possess strong working knowledge of the broader Martech ecosystem, including:
Martech Platforms & Tools:
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g.. Accesstrade, CJ...).
• Familiarity with performance marketing platforms:
o Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tracking across ad networks.
• Understanding of tracking & attribution tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch...).
• Experience working with:
o Landing page & Website CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify CMS, HubSpot CMS, Ladipage...).
o Chatbot platforms (e.g., Livechat, [protected info], BotStar, ManyChat).
o Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Braze...).
o CDPs/CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Segment, HubSpot, Bloomreach...).
• Experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and data layer configuration on websites or mobile apps.
• Understanding of personalization and dynamic content generation on landing pages or web/app banners.
