Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for our French wholesale bakery business. This role encompasses both domestic market expansion within Vietnam and international export market development. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with expertise in
digital marketing, content creation, and brand development across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Collateral Development
• Assess and enhance current marketing collateral, including printed materials, product packaging, and promotional resources
• Develop comprehensive brand messaging and positioning guidelines aligned with our French bakery heritage and premium positioning
• Create and optimize marketing materials for B2B wholesale channels, targeting retailers, restaurants, and hospitality businesses
• Recommend improvements to existing marketing assets to increase brand consistency and professional appeal
Website & Digital Presence
• Lead the redesign and ongoing optimization of the company website with a focus on user experience and conversion
• Develop and manage engaging content strategy for the website, including product showcases, company narrative, and customer testimonials
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility for key industry and product-related keywords
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, providing regular optimization recommendations
Social Media Strategy & Execution
• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or others as appropriate)
• Develop high-quality, engaging content calendars that showcase products, company culture, and industry expertise
• Build and nurture community engagement through consistent posting, interaction, and relationship management
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates
• Establish best practices for social media communication with both B2B clients and end consumers
Digital Marketing - Vietnam Market
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting domestic wholesale customers and B2B partners within Vietnam
• Identify and leverage local digital channels, platforms, and influencer partnerships relevant to the Vietnamese market
• Optimize advertising spend across Google Ads, social media platforms, and local Vietnamese digital channels
• Build relationships with local retail partners, restaurants, and hospitality venues through targeted digital outreach
Digital Marketing - Export & International Markets
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies for international export expansion
• Develop market-entry strategies for key export regions and establish digital presence in target markets
• Manage international social media campaigns and localized content for non-Vietnamese speaking audiences
• Research and recommend appropriate digital channels, partnerships, and promotional strategies for overseas market penetration
• Support multilingual content creation and cultural adaptation for international campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels and provide monthly performance reports
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and emerging trends
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize marketing ROI
