Role Overview
This role is designed for a highly motivated fresh graduate who is proactive and eager to build strong fundamentals across marketing,
business development (B2B sales), and operations in a data-driven environment.
You will work closely with the founder and support multiple workstreams, with exposure to real client materials, proposals, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding Support
- Support creation of marketing materials (commercial slides, case studies, website content, LinkedIn posts)
- Assist in preparing client-ready pitch decks and credentials using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Help maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual standards
- Support basic market research and competitor tracking
Business Development & Sales Support
- Support lead research and prospect list building
- Assist in preparing outreach materials, proposals, and follow-up decks
- Help track sales pipeline and action items
- Support coordination with partners and potential clients
Operations & Administrative Support
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Help structure internal documents, trackers, and templates
- Support ad-hoc workstreams typical in a small and fast-moving organization
