JOB DESCRIPTION
IMC Plan: Plan game marketing campaigns. Hit business goals. Align Operation, Partnership, Esports team
Execute: Manage content marketing (copy, art, video, KOL). Optimize social channels.
Manage Campaign: Drive tournament/ingame product awareness. Manage media channels. Keep on time, on budget and direction
Analyze: Use data measure success. Improve future campaigns.
Experience: Min 2 years in the Game Industry prefer working for Esports Game before
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to communication and marketing..v.v
Gaming Passion: Play, understand midcore/hardcore/Esports mechanics.
Project Management: Align Operation, Creative, and Legal teams. Manage risk. Hit deadlines.
Creative: Formulate comms concepts, build detailed execution plans.
Marketing Knowledge: Know reach, SOV, ER, CTR, CVR, ROAS, brand health.
Skills: Think logically. Survive high pressure. Communicate and negotiate well.
Language: English IELTS 6.0 equivalent.
Data: Read dashboards, can do basic funnel math.
