Content Creation & Brand Communication
Support the development and execution of marketing communication plans.
Write and edit content for social media, website, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Social Media & Collaborative Activities
Assist in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, strategic seeding, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience.
Collaborate on
digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to improve engagement.
Public Relations & Event Support
Assist in organizing internal and external events, including brand activations and industry networking.
Support communication initiatives by preparing basic materials and coordinating actionable activities.
Marketing Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.
Support tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance.
Assist in competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Perform other duties and strategic projects as assigned by the Line Manager
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing communication or related roles.
Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including basic English is required).
Creativity combined with strong business acumen.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
