- Lead and execute the overall Marketing Communication and Public Relations strategy to enhance brand awareness, strengthen corporate reputation, and ensure a consistent and integrated presence across both online and offline channels.
- Take ownership of developing and articulating strategic communication messages, press releases, PR materials, and key content deliverables in support of marketing, public relations, and brand development activities.
- Manage and continuously strengthen relationships with media and press stakeholders; coordinate interviews, respond to media inquiries, and ensure all external communications are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with the company's brand guidelines and strategic direction.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns, supporting commercial objectives and reinforcing product and brand image.
- Lead the planning, supervision, and cross-functional coordination of internal team members and external agencies for major Marketing and Communication events, including customer conferences, product launches, press briefings, brand initiatives, etc. In support of corporate branding and business growth objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and maintain governance over communication content across digital channels (including website, social media, and digital platforms), ensuring consistency in brand imagery, messaging, language, and tone of voice.
- Track, analyze, and report the performance of Marketing Communication and PR initiatives using defined KPIs, ROI, engagement rates, traffic metrics, and related indicators, while proactively staying abreast of emerging marketing and communication trends to continuously refine and optimize strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, Marketing, or equivalent roles.
- Prefer candidates with prior experience working at leading communication agencies or within Marketing departments of corporations operating in the Agriculture industry.
Competencies:
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and hands-on experience in media relations management and the development and execution of integrated Marketing Communication and multi-platform
Digital Marketing strategies.
- Solid understanding of visual communication principles and hands-on experience working with website content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong editorial capability and a high level of accuracy, ensuring content is free from spelling and grammatical errors. Confident presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong project coordination and management capabilities, with the ability to plan and execute PR/Marketing campaigns end-to-end-from concept development through implementation and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail and information accuracy.
- Experience collaborating with design teams and external content production agencies (visuals, video, audio), with the ability to provide direction, constructive feedback, and quality control over deliverables (hands-on post-production execution not required).
- Sound knowledge of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Social Media Insights to optimize communication effectiveness.
