Real Estate Developer looking for Marcom Manager who has prior experienced working with Real Estate projects.
Assist in bringing Corporate Brand & Products' brands to life through a clearly defined customer journey via marketing channels, in order to convey brand promises, positioning and reasons to believe.
Assist in establishing all messaging, positioning and marketing strategies, while understanding the impact to the customer, and commercial strategy. Also deliver content and messaging that meets brand standards.
Assist in developing and executing go-to market and communications plan for Products.
Assist in developing PR strategies, Media protocols. Monitor and evaluate media opportunities & risks communicate with management and develop response strategies/plans.
Execute the development and planning of media assets & marketing collaterals for Corporate and Projects, and collaborate with Creative team on versioning.
Manage schedule for print and production and oversee task completion with team.
Work with Director on annual budget forecasting process. Manage expenses to budget.
Assist in the development of the annual initiatives calendars to align all channel marketing activities.
Anticipate and evaluate challenges from the competitor, marketplace, or perceptions; and build necessary steps into the marketing plan to proactively address these challenges.
Develop/review strategic briefs and creative briefs devised by the team, providing constructive feedback, alternative viewpoints, and outside inspiration for a stronger brief.
Evaluates marketing campaigns (digital; traditional; cross-channel) to ensure they deliver strongly on the strategy and objective of the campaign brief.
Perform other job related functions as assigned

Skills requirement(s):Degree: University degree in Marketing/Advertising and Communications or equivalent. Experience and skills:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar positions
Real estate market knowledge is preferable. Understanding about the products and
branding in real estate.
Excellent in writing and editing skill
Strong media networking and relationship.
Strong organizational and project management
Good interpersonal skills with strong analytical.
Excellent English communication skills
