Mô tả Công việc

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Up to ten essential responsibilities of the job (the "what") and the approximate percentage of time spent on each (shown as a % range).
Coordinate with Brand team to develop & execute marketing promotion/ campaign & activations to increase brand awareness & achieve target revenue.
Digital/ Social: Manage fanpage and digital campaign. Propose & write & publish content. Work with Digital Executive to set up and monitor KPI of social/ digital campaign & facebook ad. Reply comment/ inbox.
Partnership/ sponsorship: establish and implement partnership/ sponsorship opportunities to support the brand exposure.
Event/ activations: Planning and managing events/ activation
PR/ KOL: Writing, translating and distributing press releases to media. Establish relationship with media/ media agency/ KOL. Work with KOL/media for brand campaign.
CRM: work with Customer Relationship Management team to analyze data, propose & implement CRM program to retain loyalty customers, recruit new ones and support marketing planning.
Managing the production of marketing materials - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
Ensure efficient communication and coordinate with different functions (Brand, Finance, Product, Admin, Procument...) to implement marketing activities/ campaign
Work with Ecommerce team & market places to set up banners, maintaining brand standards...to achieve Ecommerce sales target.
Work closely with agencies, PR/ media partner to ensure marketing campaigns work well.
Have knowledge of competitors, market insight, digital and social trend to guide strategic plan, propose creative solutions to optimize marketing efficiency.
Planning: develop & implement marketing plan with discussion with Marketing Manager and Brand Manager
Report: responsible for weekly/ monthly marketing report, expense report. Manage marketing expense within the allocated budget. Evaluate marketing activity and KPI.
Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Minimum 2 years' experience in same level position, prefer candidates have experience in Retail industry, having experience and insight in fashion industry.
Strong reporting skills.
Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through
Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative
Good command of English in writing & speaking
Good skill of copywriting, translating.
Have experience of digital/ social marketing is an advantage
Good skill of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere and diligent
