Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be in charge of developing and completing the online marketing channels of the companies. The position holder is fully responsible for the quality of the work created by him/her. The ideal candidates will have strong digital performance skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for marketing and related.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team to take initiative in the day-to-day task. You will need to foster a culture of creativity, use trends to optimize campaigns and use our product assets to build new trends.
Job Description:
● Support building digital marketing strategy (ads for website) with a detailed action plan and budget to ensure user acquisition and retention align with business objectives and targets
● Measure and optimize the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure constant alignment and consistency between company strategy and budget utilization
● Identify root causes of issues in daily channel operation and develop both practical solutions and new processes/work-stream to improve it.
● Analyze digital data, and audience insights/feedback with CRM, BM, Data Studio, and other tools to improve performance.
● Run A/B Testing to optimize user acquisition, monetization, and user experience.
● Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned.
