Our client in the Ecommerce industry is looking for their Marketing Director.
Job Description:
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Analyze sales numbers/ growth index comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
- Collaborate across Partnership development, brand development and Technology to lead OKXE's initiatives that support building the business across new channels and winning omnichannel with seamless brand experience
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts partners/ customers to the product or service
- Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
- Lead and grow a team of Marketers towards high engagement & impact, channel/performance, PR/Brand, content, analytics and market research.
- Embody strong business ethics and ensure the business personifies the same across Vietnam.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders in the industry, maintaining a deep knowledge of the industry and market.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, 5 years' experience in a corporate leadership role in service or technology companies.
- Can shape a vision on how to position brands for the long-term and grow a business short-term and translate this into winning Marketing strategies and actionable plans.
- Marketing functional expert:
o Consumer-mindset, trained in discovering insights and translating these into marketing concepts and growth plans.
o Performance marketing: applies a highly structured and analytical approach to optimizing channel performance and investment across both digital and traditional media channels.
o Content: understands the principles of content Marketing and can inspire and lead teams of news editors, lifestyle content producers, etc. towards high-ROI content.
o Experience of developing brand positioning on 3 levels (product features, product benefits, values and beliefs)
- Can structure, hire, develop and inspire marketing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong leader that delivers on commitment and is as comfortable relying on formal and informal leadership styles.
- Grit: positive, can-do attitude, persistent towards achieving objectives. - Results-focused: manages budgets well and holds him/herself and team accountable to results.
