Marketing Director

1. Strategic planning:
- Building an overall Marketing strategy consistent with the Company's business strategy to develop sales and brand;
- Creating Marketing budget. Taking responsibility for the assigned budget;
2. Marketing activities (online + offline) for cosmetic products imported from Japan, Korea,..
- Building and deploying communication and marketing activities (online and offline) to introduce and promote products and company to customers and the community; as well as creating a source of potential customers to promote business development.
- Organizing market research, capture customer behavior and psychology to advise the company's Board of Directors on related activities such ass product orientation, business development, and customer care
- Researching and analyzing competitors ...
- Implementing product and company branding activities
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns
- Supervising online marketing and content marketing strategies.
3. Working directly with foreign partners to protect project proposals
4. Representing the company in meetings with press and media agencies when being authorized
5. Management, training and performance management
- Lead and inspire the Marketing team, motivating the team to achieve business goals and demonstrate creativity.
- Measure, evaluate and report the effectiveness of Marketing activities and propose measures to optimize and improve business efficiency.
6. Performing other tasks according to other related requests of the Board of Directors
