Mô tả công việc
1. Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
Create and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the MBD segment.
Formulate and execute value propositions to address the unique needs of MBD customers.
Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to organize key programs aimed at generating value for MBD customers.
2. Manage Customer Engagement Programs:
Plan and execute outbound VIP tours to foster a deeper connection with MBD customers.
Lead the organization and effective management of the annual Customers Convention.
Provide support for MBD-led activities, including workshops, training sessions, seminars, and other engagement initiatives.
Implement various activities to strengthen the relationship with MBD customers and enhance collaboration with WSL.
3. Support Branding Development:
Conduct research to identify and develop effective channel approaches for the product portfolio within the MBD segment.
Propose and support the implementation of new initiatives to enhance branding activities.
Assist in the continuous development and improvement of branding strategies for sustained growth.

Yêu cầu
1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, brand communication, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Offices (especially Power Point, Excel)
Good at English
2. Relevant Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing field
3. Leadership Competencies
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong project management and time management skills
Results-oriented with a track record of successfully executing branding initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Can do attitude & proactive.
High responsibility
