Execute HRGlobal's content strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Schedule and publish posts consistently
Adapt content formats for different platforms
Coordinate visuals, carousels, short-form videos, and branded materials
Support recruiter personal branding content
Maintain content calendar and posting rhythm
2. Audience Growth & Engagement
Increase social media visibility and engagement organically
Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
Build and engage with Web3, recruitment, startup, and talent communities
Identify trending topics and content opportunities within Web3 and hiring markets
Support community-building initiatives and partnerships
3. Marketing Operations
Track performance metrics across platforms
Prepare simple monthly marketing reports
Optimize content based on engagement and audience behavior
Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and databases
Support website content updates and basic SEO coordination
4. Partnerships & Campaign Coordination
Support partnership campaigns with Web3 communities, universities, startup ecosystems, and media partners
Coordinate collaborative marketing activities and cross-promotional campaigns
Assist with event promotion, webinars, workshops, and community initiatives
Help manage outreach materials and partnership communication assets
Identify potential collaboration opportunities aligned with HRGlobal's branding strategy
Must-Have
2-4 years of experience in
digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or growth marketing
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
Strong written communication skills in English
Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.)
Good sense of branding, internet culture, and digital trends
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Ability to multitask and manage multiple content streams
Preferred
Experience in Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, startup, or recruitment industries
Experience with short-form content/video editing
Familiarity with analytics tools and content scheduling platforms
Understanding of employer branding or recruitment marketing
Salary range: 12,000,000 - 16,000,000++ VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio).
Lunch allowance after signing the official contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)
ONLY 1-month probation at 85% salary
