Mô tả công việc
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities and events, such as promotions, contests, festivals, and exhibitions, in collaboration with the mall management, tenants, and external partners.
- Creating and managing online and offline marketing materials and channels, such as website, social media, email, newsletter, brochure, flyer, and signage, to communicate the mall's brand identity, value proposition, and offers.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, using metrics and feedback tools, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring the optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the mall's stakeholders, such as tenants, media, suppliers, and customers, and acting as the mall's spokesperson when needed.
- Staying updated on the latest developments and best practices in the retail and marketing industry, and applying them to the mall's marketing strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate and implement new and effective marketing ideasand solutions.
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, Instagram.
- A passion for retail and shopping, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
