Awra is RH1's location-based immersive VR experience where guests wear a headset, move through a physical space while seeing, hearing and interacting with the story unfolding around them.
Awra has already launched its first location at Alma Resort Cam Ranh, bringing story-led immersive entertainment into a resort environment, with more locations and experiences planned as the brand continues to expand.
As Awra enters its next stage of growth, this role offers the opportunity to help build the brand, grow its audience, support new location launches and shape how Awra is marketed across different destinations and customer touchpoints.
Role's Mission
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and support the continued growth of Awra.
You will be responsible for executing digital and on-ground marketing activities across our existing and upcoming locations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, communicates effectively, and can turn marketing strategies into strong execution that builds brand awareness and drives visitation.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Digital MarketingManage Awra's digital presence across social media, website and other relevant online channels.
Plan and execute paid and organic digital activities to build awareness, engagement and visitation.
Monitor digital performance and use insights to continuously improve effectiveness.
2. Content Marketing
Develop and coordinate content across social media, website, email and other marketing touchpoints.
Produce engaging visual, video and written content that brings the Awra experience to life.
Ensure all content is consistent with Awra's brand tone, messaging and visual direction.
3. PR & KOL
Coordinate with media, KOLs, KOCs and external partners to increase brand and experience exposure.
Support press materials, media outreach and communication around new experiences, openings and key brand moments.
4. Location/Partnership Marketing
Support marketing activities for existing Awra locations and upcoming openings.
Coordinate with venue partners and on-site teams to implement marketing activities and materials effectively.
Identify opportunities to increase visibility, guest engagement and visitation at each location.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, social media management, or content creation within consumer-focused environments. Exposure to Entertainment or Hospitality is a plus.
Candidate must be fluent English and Vietnamese communication.
Strong AI fluency with proven ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to drive efficiency and performance.
Solid command of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager), with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent writing and content creation skills, with sharp attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability across digital and social channels.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and execute with speed and accountability.
