As a Marketing Executive at VNG Games, you will play a pivotal role in project management, ensuring seamless coordination between regional and local game product teams. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of marketing tasks for existing game projects, conducting thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, and actively participating in mobile game testing.
Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies. A profound understanding of the gaming landscape and a genuine passion for games are prerequisites for this role.
Coordinate with regional and local game product teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related aspects of game projects, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams.
Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies for existing game projects, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives and brand guidelines.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Participate in game selection process, from conducting market research analysis in order to frequently update insights and trends, to testing various mobile games.
Assist in localizing products, developing ideas and events for the products which are suitable with the tastes.
Develop monthly and weekly deployment plans based on the marketing plan.
Collaborate and assist the Creative team in creating marketing materials.
Periodically collect and analyze specific data of products to provide insightful information of product performance.
Manage Marketing Communications through partners (Agency, DnD, KOL, ...). Monitor Marketing expenses against budget.
Yêu cầu
Have an educational background in marketing or a related field provides a solid foundation for this role.
Strong passion for playing game and working in the gaming industry
Be able to gather, organize, and analyze data to ensure effective game project management communication, and provide valuable insights about the product, market, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Possess Good English skills, especially in verbal communication; understanding Chinese is an advantage.
