The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company's marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
- Marketing tasks:
- Propose and update marketing plans, and oversee their execution from idea to delivery.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, and prepare summary reports.
- Measure and report on campaign performance.
- Register promotions and assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Create, review and edit promotional and informational materials.
- Gather business insights, schedule and execute events to support business needs.
- Build content plans, write content, and collaborate with designers and videographers for visual channels.
- CRM tasks:
- Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
- Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
- Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
- Create CRM campaign content.
- Conduct phone surveys.
- Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
- Support Sales and Service teams when required.
