Job Purpose
As a Product & Price Executive in the tire industrial (consumer and commercial), you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and awareness for tires products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tech,
Business development, Sales, and regional office, to ensure the successful of product, go-to-market strategies, and new products launches. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising, and promotion of the company.
This role will need to communicate effectively on multiple levels, by delivery strategies clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Product & Price Positioning and Strategy:
• Work closely with stakeholders to develop and analyze pricing strategies, models, and action plans to meet business objectives.
• Define clear product positioning and differentiation strategies along with Price analyze.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Tires market.
• Understand the product offering and evolution of the product and the relation to the enthusiast market from the tire side.
• Implements strategy for Mid-term Product Planning and influences others to achieve goals and Mid-term Business Plan.
2. Product Launch:
• Plan and execute product launches.
• Collaborate with the Sale, Engineering & Regional team to identify new product/application opportunities.
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product benefits.
3. Content Creation:
• Work with Stakeholders to develop collateral such as product datasheets, brochures, and sales presentations.
• Create content including product enhancements and catalogue/spec sheets.
• Manage and update product-related content on the company website and others.
4. Sales Enablement:
• Work with regional & Engineer team to provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the right products.
• Support to develop sales tools and materials to facilitate the sales process.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance after products launched.
5. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, personas, and competitive landscape.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to help deliver value messaging to the target customers.
1. Experiences:
• At least 3-year experience in related work.
• Experience in pricing/product management, or sales and marketing analytics in automotive industry.
• Familiar with international working environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and procedures for accomplishing work within established deadlines; ability to lead multiple projects and manage toward deadlines and deliverables.
2. Education:
Bachelor's degree as minimum required.

• Good written and spoken English.
