Key Responsibilities
• Research, propose, and execute marketing ideas tailored to shrimp hatcheries and farm owners.
• Support the creation and localization of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content).
• Assist in planning and organizing events, farm visits, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with
graphic designers, video producers, and web
developers to translate business objectives into effective visual and digital content that reflects our brand identity.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy (experience in aquaculture/animal feed is a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel for work (1-2 trips per month - to Mekong Delta/Ninh Thuan/Binh Thuan).
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
