We're looking for an energetic and resourceful person to execute and monitor our advertising campaigns directly. Your job is to ensure that every marketing activity-from posting on social media to running ads-goes smoothly, is on time, and perfectly aligns with the Company's brand image. You'll be the person doing the hands-on work on our channels.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Running Online Ads
- Launch Campaigns: Handle the setup, launch, and daily checking of our advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
- Monitor Performance: Review daily ad numbers (clicks, costs, revenue) and suggest small adjustments to help the ads perform better.
- Simple Reporting: Gather the data into short, clear reports (weekly/monthly) so the management team knows the results.
- Website Support: Help publish new articles and update basic content on the website when instructed.
Creating Content & Managing the Brand Look
- Writing: Draft clear and engaging copy for our social media channels, customer emails, and simple blog articles.
- Production: Work with our Designers and vendors to create necessary materials (banners, flyers, brochures, etc.) and manage print quantities.
- Protect the Brand: Ensure every post, email, or printed material uses the Company's correct tone of voice, colors, and visual style.
Basic Coordination & Admin
- Connect with Sales: Talk regularly with the Sales team to ensure Marketing is providing them with the right amount of quality leads.
- Budget Tracking: Help manage and record the actual spending of the marketing campaigns.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing execution role.
- Technical: Practical working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and basic web analytics (Google Analytics).
- Language: Fluent written and verbal English skills are mandatory for creating content and communicating with our target markets
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience in the FinTech or technology sector.
