The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company's marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
Marketing tasks:
Propose marketing plans, keep them updated, and own execution from idea to delivery.
Develop and manage marketing budgets; and prepare summary reports.
Measure and report campaign performance.
Register promotions, assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
Create, review, and edit promotional and informational materials.
Attend events, gather business insights, and schedule events to support business needs.
Build content plans; write content and work with
designers/videographers for visual channels.
CRM tasks:
Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
Create CRM campaign content.
Conduct phone surveys.
Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships..
Support Sales and Service teams when required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of marketing-related experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Experience in marketing or CRM is an advantage.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and good time management skills.
Teamworking and good communication skills.
Commercial awareness, good analytical skills.
Detail and person oriented.
