• Execute weekly MKT activities in coordination with PMVN team
• Implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Coordinate KOL/influencer collaborations and track performance
• Support planning and execution of marketing events and activations
• Create marketing materials (briefs, content calendars, reports)
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Coordinate with design team on creative assets production
• Manage customer service communications and community engagement
• Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics
• Support e-commerce marketing activities (promotions, ads)
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of Vietnam social media landscape
• Experience with social media management tools
• Experience in KOL/influencer marketing coordination
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
• Creative thinking and content creation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency for PMVN coordination
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for art toys, collectibles
