Execute weekly MKT activities in coordination with PMVN team
Implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Coordinate KOL/influencer collaborations and track performance
Support planning and execution of marketing events and activations
Create marketing materials (briefs, content calendars, reports)
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with design team on creative assets production
Manage customer service communications and community engagement
Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics
Support e-commerce marketing activities (promotions, ads)

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of Vietnam social media landscape
Experience with social media management tools
Experience in KOL/influencer marketing coordination
Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads)
Creative thinking and content creation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
English proficiency for PMVN coordination
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for art toys, collectibles
