Support and execute
brand marketing activities in Vietnam market, ensuring consistency
and strong brand visibility across all touchpoints.
1. Brand Marketing
• Coordinate and execute events, activations, and brand campaigns at outlets
• Plan and execute seasonal projects assigned by the line manager
• Ensure brand image, visibility, and consistency across all POS.
• Optimize product display, POSM, and in-store branding to maximize brand presence
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, BA team, Warehouse, Finance to ensure smooth
execution
• Manage and deploy POSM/FOC, working closely with Warehouse for logistics
• Follow up with suppliers and handle payment processes
• Track progress, ensure timelines, and deliver post-event reports
• Plan and execute trade promotion programs (short-term & long-term) to support
sales performance
2. Digital & Social
• Plan and coordinate social content with
designer to ensure consistent posting
• Ensure brand image and communication align with overall brand direction
3. Administration & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing activities
• Support administrative tasks within the marketing team
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
BA/BS degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience with international FMCG/ F&B/ Luxury
industry would be a strong plus.
Able to work in late nights as events require.
Willingness to work in nightlife environments with a good understanding of drinking culture is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive
Good aesthetic sense and creative thinking
1. Salary & Allowances:
