Closely collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns (content creation, engagement, community building, and paid campaigns when needed).
Collaborate with Web3 KOLs/Influencers for marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance: monitor KPIs, measure data, and prepare performance reports.
Stay on top of trends, conduct competitor research, and propose creative content ideas tailored to the Quantitative Trading, Investment, and Web3/crypto industry.
Provide regular reports on channel growth results and campaign effectiveness.

Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
Must provide a portfolio or concrete proof to demonstrate the experience
Highly proactive, extremely responsible, and capable of working independently in a startup environment with minimal rigid processes.
Good English skills (reading & writing) to follow international resources, materials, and global trends.
Preferred Requirements (Bonus):
Experience building channels in the fields of Finance, Investment, Trading, Crypto/Web3 is a very strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of running ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads...) or collaborating with KOLs/Influencers.
Strong writing skills, sensitivity to trends, and the ability to communicate and engage naturally and effectively with the community.
Quyền lợi
Salary range: 12,000,000 - 20,000,000++ VND/month (negotiable based on skills & portfolio). Lunch allowance after signing the official contract (700.000 VNĐ/month)
ONLY 1-month probation at 85% salary
