1. Brand Activities Excellence (50%)
• Assist the
Brand Manager in executing the Marketing plan by coordinating with Sales and Trade Teams to carry out effective campaigns, and achieve strong brand growth.
• Liaise closely with agencies for branding and consumer communication activities (Including activation, sampling, and POSM...).
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, content, sales) to ensure brand consistency and company policy based on assigned projects/tasks.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting (30%)
• Track KPIs (sales uplift, ROI, CVR)
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders
3. Ensure Smooth Operation (20%):
• Support proposal, contract and invoice management for marketing services.
• Smoothly cooperate with other Departments to handle tasks related to the brand in charge.
• At least 1-2 year experience in the same position in FMCG/Foods industry (Must Have)
• Experience in product development (NPD) is advantage
• Familiarity with consumer research and insights tools
• Good in problem-solving and logical thinking, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive, ownership in dynamic environment.
• Good in English, Ms Office.
