ABOUT US
IELTS M KHUE operates as an English teaching organization that provides English lessons for Vietnamese learners. Their levels of English range from Elementary (CEFR A1) to Upper-Intermediate (CEFR B2). These
learners are high school students and working adults whose aim is usually obtaining the IELTS certificate for future endeavours.
We aspire to create a cosy and friendly learning environment for our learners and deliver quality lessons that are designed to achieve both the individual lessons and the overall course's objectives.
Our classes have endearing names - Hat, Mam, Choi, La and Bong in which:
● Hat - Elementary (A1, communicative, non-IELTS)
● Mam - Pre-Intermediate (A2, communicative, non-IELTS)
● Choi - Intermediate (IELTS 4.0-5.0)
● La - Upper-Intermediate (IELTS 5.5 and 6.0)
● Bong - Advanced + (IELTS 6.5 and 7.0)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Student Recruitment
● Promote English and IELTS courses to potential students.
● Generate leads and convert them into course enrollments.
● Work with the admissions / student consultant team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Social media accounts of IELTS M KHUE
● Plan monthly content strategies for posts.
● In charge of filming and taking photographs of classes, teachers, staff, acting talents, etc. for content creation.
● Work closely with
designers and provide feedback on designs to ensure alignment with the brand.
● Write captions for published posts.
● Publish content to respective channels.
● Respond to comments and interact with viewers on the center's TikTok videos.
Social Outreach
● Suggest a list of KOLs and KOCs for potential collaborations (if needed).
● Coordinate bookings with KOLs and KOCs based on center needs (if necessary).
● Do content seeding on various community groups.
● Propose additional activities to increase student enrollment if needed (e.g., suggested timing for
bookings, promotional campaigns, etc.).
Advertising & Campaigns
● Plan and run online advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads if applicable).
● Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
● Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Reporting
● Track key marketing metrics such as:
○ Cost per lead
○ Enrollment conversion
● Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
● Education : Bachelor's degree in in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Experience :
○ At least 2 years of experience in Marketing or
Digital Marketing is preferred.
○ Experience managing and growing social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
○ Strong content creation, copywriting, and content planning skills for digital platforms.
○ Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and campaign performance tracking tools.
○ Experience in the education sector, particularly in language teaching or international education.
○ Familiarity with cultural differences and the challenges faced by foreign teachers.
● Skills :
○ Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
○ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software related Content & Design.
○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
