THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute SOA's marketing strategy across all channels and business lines. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable writing a LinkedIn post, briefing a
designer, analysing a campaign's performance, and contributing to a lead generation strategy. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and collaborate across departments - Market Expansion, Sourcing, Corporate Services, M&A, and Digital Solutions - to ensure SOA's expertise is communicated clearly and consistently to the right audiences. This role covers both SOA's own brand and marketing support for client projects where relevant.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Collateral
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials - digital and print
• Brief and coordinate with designers to produce marketing assets: brochures, one-pagers, presentations, event materials, and social visuals
• Maintain and update SOA's core materials including the company profile, service brochures, and proposal templates
• Support localisation of content for different markets and audiences where needed
Content & Thought Leadership
• Write and edit content across formats - articles, case studies, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, and pitch decks
• Develop content that reflects SOA's expertise across market entry, supply chain, corporate services, M&A, and digital solutions
• Maintain a monthly editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and market trends
• Conduct interviews with internal experts to extract insights and turn them into publishable content
Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Manage SOA's LinkedIn company page and support executive personal branding for senior leadership
• Plan and publish content consistently across social platforms
• Monitor engagement, track performance, and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Support email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp - including list management, segmentation, campaign creation, and performance reporting
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
• Support inbound lead generation through content marketing and SEO
• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
• Work with the team to develop lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences that convert prospects into qualified leads
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations
Events &
Business Development Support
• Support preparation for trade shows, webinars, networking events, and client-facing presentations
• Coordinate event logistics, invitations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
• Work with the business development team to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on key marketing metrics across channels - website traffic, social media performance, email open rates, campaign ROI
• Provide monthly performance summaries with clear insights and recommendations
• Use data to continuously improve content relevance, channel strategy, and audience targeting
