1. Traditional Marketing (70%)
Work on marketing plans from conceptual stage, planning, execution, management, and evaluation.
Work with other departments to determine the demand for the company's products and services and identify potential markets.
Prepare procedure and document in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for business line products, projects, and services.
Liaise with suppliers, internal Business Line Leaders, and
designers for smooth implementation of marketing projects.
Manage the production of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, ETC.
Manage administrative process of the marketing plans.

Digital Marketing (30%)
Analytics & Conversions
Collect and analyse data from websites, blogs, electronic direct mail (EDM) systems and social media to explore insights, identify issues and opportunities in order to achieve maximum conversions and ROI.
Digital Marketing Channel Management
Manage and optimize the company website, blogs, and social media, including content development, post schedule and timeframe, and directly update content on those channels.
Manage EDM system for all Departments, including content development, editing layout and format and the delivery of EDM.
Research/study the effectiveness of the channels with KPIs for BOD updates and decisions.
Study and propose operational guidelines and process on each DM channel: post timeframes, content, languages, the brand identity issues, forms of content (text, webinar, video, infographics, ETC).
Good writing skills in terms of digital marketing and content marketing.
Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
PC skills: Able to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
Experience: At least 3 year-experience in related field.
Language: Proficient Vietnamese and English (both speaking and writing).
