About the Role:
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives for the Vietnam market. This position supports product launches, go-to-market execution, customer engagement,
digital marketing activities, and commercial programs to drive business growth and strengthen Diversey's market presence in Vietnam. The role works closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch & Go-to-Market
Drive product launch plans and go-to-market execution for new products and solutions.
Coordinate launch activities with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Technical Service, and Product Management teams.
Support market introductions, launch communications, and customer engagement activities.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
Develop sales and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, customer success stories, videos, and digital content.
Support the commercial team in executing customer events, seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
Assist in developing customer value propositions and sales support tools.
Event & Customer Engagement
Plan and coordinate customer events, trade shows, innovation days, workshops, and industry activities.
Manage event logistics, suppliers, registrations, and marketing communications.
Gather customer insights and feedback to support future marketing initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination & Project Management
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Technical Service, Product Management, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Manage multiple marketing projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment across cross-functional teams.
Digital Marketing & Market Intelligence
Support social media campaigns, digital marketing activities, and content development.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
Track marketing campaign performance and event results.
Support budget management, vendor coordination, and purchase request processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications
Native or fluent Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Good command of English for internal communication.
1-3 years of experience in Marketing,
Business Development, Sales Support, or a related field.
Experience in B2B marketing, product launches, event management, digital marketing, or social media is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with strong ownership, initiative, and adaptability.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience using Canva and AI tools for content creation.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and social media platforms is an advantage.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
