Position: Marketing Executive
Objectives of this Role
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and managing day-to-day marketing operations. You will collaborate across teams to deliver impactful campaigns, manage content creation, and optimize performance across multiple channels to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Budgeting
• Plan Development: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segments.
• Budget Management: Propose and monitor marketing budgets for assigned campaigns to ensure optimal Return on Investment (ROI).
2. Content Creation & Brand Development
• Brand Promotion: Promote and elevate brand identity across all touchpoints to build strong brand equity.
• Content Production: Conceptualize and create engaging marketing materials, including rich media, downloadable resources (eBooks, whitepapers), and promotional collateral.
• Material Distribution: Arrange and manage the effective distribution of digital and physical marketing materials.
3. Market Research & Data Analytics
• Insight Analysis: Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market data, and industry best practices to support strategy formulation.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
4. Event Management & Partnerships
• Event Coordination: Organize, manage, and attend company events, trade shows, or product launches.
• Sponsorships: Source, negotiate, and secure strategic sponsorships and partnerships to expand brand reach.
5. Agency & Vendor Collaboration
• Partner Management: Work closely with in-house creative teams and external agencies to plan tasks, align deliverables, and evaluate performance.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
