The Marketing Executive plays a key role in executing Nespresso's retail marketing and brand activation initiatives across boutiques, shop-in-shops, retail partners, and customer engagement events.
This position is responsible for delivering premium customer experiences through retail activations, coffee tastings, event execution, visual merchandising, POSM development, and product launch support. The role works closely with Retail, Commercial, CRM, Ecommerce, Operations, and external agency partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives while maintaining Nespresso's global brand standards.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and execution-focused, with a passion for premium brands, customer experience, and retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Activation & Customer Experience: Execute in-store activations, seasonal campaigns, product launches, coffee tastings, and customer engagement activities to deliver a premium retail experience.
Product Launch & Event Execution: Coordinate product launches, consumer events, VIP experiences, and partner activities, ensuring timely execution within budget.
POSM & Visual Merchandising: Manage POSM production, in-store displays, visual merchandising, brand visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines.
Retail Marketing & Communication: Implement retail marketing campaigns, update boutique communications, and coordinate with CRM and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate agencies, suppliers, and production partners; manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Retail Marketing,
Trade Marketing, Event Marketing, or related functions.
Experience in executing retail activations, in-store campaigns, customer engagement programs, or events.
Hands-on experience working with agencies, suppliers, production vendors, or event partners.
Experience managing POSM production and retail execution is highly desirable.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
