Marketing Intern

1. Marketing planning & execution (80%)
- Work closely with Head of Marketing, responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives across channels to build brand awareness by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on advertisers, competition, and external environment) in line with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with in-house teams (Production, HR & Finance) and suppliers to prepare and execute timely marketing activities that support the commercial plan and to manage and oversee the production of marketing collaterals, goodies, presentation materials etc. following the brand guidelines.
- Bring ideas and produce online contents (including social media content, website, email, PR...) to increase digital presence.
- Manage company social media channels, website and mailing list and be responsible for the distribution of external communications.
- Set up and organize events, series of podcasts, talk shows... to build brand image and leverage industry connections and networking.
2. Research & development (20%)
- Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on advertisers (agencies and brands) and their needs/ trends, in order to provide insights and accurate market information that enables to formulate an effective strategy for the department.
- Measure the effectiveness of Marketing activities and build reports to generate insights and make recommendations for improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
