ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing activities across content, events, and campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real hands-on experience in B2B marketing, especially in content production, event execution, and cross-functional coordination.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Social Content, Design & Video Editing
Create content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and event communications
Design simple visuals (social posts, event materials) using Canva or similar tools
Edit short-form videos (recap, social clips, event highlights) using tools like CapCut, Premiere, etc.
Support content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and thought leadership
2. Event Coordination (Online & Offline)
Support preparation before events (guest list, materials, coordination)
Assist during events (check-in, logistics, speaker support)
Handle post-event tasks (follow-ups, recap content, reporting)
3. Coordination & Follow-up
Follow up with partners, speakers, and attendees via email or messaging
Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure smooth execution across multiple activities
4. Campaign & Marketing Support
Assist in executing marketing campaigns (webinars, workshops, content distribution)
Help track performance and collect basic data (registrations, engagement, leads)
Support internal coordination across marketing, sales, and partners
5. Translation & Content Support
Support translation (EN ↔ VI) for marketing materials, emails, and presentations
Assist in localizing global content for the Vietnam market
Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and culturally relevant
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and events
Good communication skills (Vietnamese required, English working proficiency)
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Plus points if you have:
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere or similar tools
Basic video editing skills (short-form content, reels, recap videos)
Experience in translation or bilingual content writing (EN-VI)
Managed a social page, club, or personal content project
