Mô tả công việc
1. Business activities
• Ensure KPI on MKT activities of the company with assigned volume.
• Work closely with other departments to implement marketing strategies.
• Implement SEM sales budget management to ensure sales activities are aligned with the company's MKT strategy and budget.
• Implement MKT plans of each sales channel in line with the company's strategy (SEM, SEO, Ads, Content, Social, email...).
• Analyze, statistics, report, manage, monitor, deal with, and handle MKT activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Build an online community to develop a stable and sustainable customer base.
2. Reports, statistics, advice, solutions
• Make periodic reports Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly on the company's business situation accurately, completely, and intuitively.
• Make statistics, analyze and offer solutions to cope, handle situations, and improve and develop MKT activities.
3. Develop and standardize processes and documents.
• Standardize regulations and requirements to ensure work.
• Re-systematize knowledge into documents, right/wrong activities, experiences, and cases that occur during the implementation of business activities.
4. Perform arising jobs and new projects at the request of the Board of Directors.
• Operating and managing projects assigned by the Board of Directors.
• Perform arising tasks and other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and skills: (The more the better)
• Knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media.
• Good knowledge of internet and online trends. Skills in using tools like Google Analytics, Trends, skills in SEO, SEM, facebook, youtube, ads.
• Ability to collaborate, work in groups and work independently.
• Ability to analyze data and make judgments and solutions.
• System skills, technology, proficiency in MS Office, specialized software.
• Soft skills, thinking methods, working methods.
• Knowledge of the US market (US), retail market on Amazon, Walmart, eBay is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Number of personnel in the department >= 3
• Company size >= 50 employees.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the e-commerce and retail industry.
• Knowledge of Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media.
