MARKETING LEADER

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Lead with a passion for B2C marketing and digital marketing in general. You will be the final piece of the puzzle for our Marketing team, working alongside them to drive marketing initiatives and reach company goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Participate in the development of the marketing strategy for our separate products with relevant campaigns and activities throughout the year to achieve marketing objectives.
- Develop your own work plan and supervise the work plan of team members following the strategy.
2. Product Development:
- Analyze product performance & market situation (competitors' landscape, market trends).
- Implement various survey (market demand, pre/post-launch customer feedback).
- Generate ideas for renovating or launching new products.
- Work closely with in house teams to build up Design, Feature, Specification for new product development.
3. Marketing Execution:
- Website development & management: Work with the vendor to develop and continuously upgrade website and coordinate with the content marketing executive to update contents for the website and optimize website performance in general.
- SEO management: Work with the vendor to develop and implement the SEO strategy to increase the number of high-quality organic traffic, hence convert potential clients from this source.
- Paid media management: Build plans, implement and continuously optimize paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads.
- Report and analysis: Report to BOD about the effectiveness of the overall marketing performance with key learnings and plan for further improvement.
4. Team leadership & management:
- Mentor & feedback to develop the team, support team members in building up and pursuing their career path.
