POSITION PURPOSE

SCOPE OF WORK / RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Branding & Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B industry to propose overall brand goals
- Collaborate with the culinary team and operations team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and brand engagement to drive traffic and increase revenue for the restaurants
- Create marketing/communication plan to deliver overall
brand marketing objectives with detailed timeline and budget
2. Implementation
- Directly execute ideas for marketing activities and promotional events.
- Manage both internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies to successfully execute marketing campaigns on organic channels and paid media.
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure efficient and high-quality content production that aligns with the restaurant's brand, messaging, and target audience.
- Oversee and guide content on the restaurant's online platforms: Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram,...
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, and handle customer feedback online to ensure a healthy and attractive brand presence in the online and offline channels of the restaurants.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and feedback to the culinary & operations team.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measure brand awareness, and report on progress toward brand goals and sales.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager: Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested.
1. Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication, Business Administration or related fields
2. Relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B industry marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience in
digital marketing, marketing performance management, budget management
- Experience in copywriting for both printed and online marketing material
