Your responsibilities
1) Content Strategy & AI Management (20%)
- Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, press releases, email campaigns, and social media.
- Maintain and update branding assets, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with designers to produce marketing materials such as company profiles, pitch decks, and video scripts.
2) Digital Growth (SEO/SEM/AEO/GEO & Social) (60%)
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO/AEO/GEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
- Operate and optimize automated social media workflows across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Set up and monitor online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
3) Event & Internal Communications (10%)
- Plan and coordinate with Marketing Executive to execute webinars, workshops, and virtual events, including topic selection and speaker coordination.
- Support HR and Internal Communications teams with campaigns that align with Eastgate's core values and culture.
4) Research & Analytics (10%)
- Measure the performance of digital content and campaigns using analytical tools.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to refine AI prompts and content strategies.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent English proficiency (strong writing skills are essential).
- AI-Savvy: Proficiency in using AI tools and a desire to stay updated on AI marketing trends.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO/AEO/GEO, Social Media algorithms, and Paid Ads).
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools to support visual content creation.
- Proactive, tech-oriented mindset with a passion for the software industry.
