Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive
digital marketing strategy online (Facebook, Google, TikTok, SEO, Email, Website, etc.), offline (Partnership & Distribution Channels,...)
• Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
• Arrange trade show/event/activations.
• Oversee and optimize all digital channels and campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI, ROAS...).
• Collaborate with Content and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and customer journey across digital platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing team.
• Partner with the Sales team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, CRM...).
• Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English
