Marketing Manager, Animal Nutrition

Overview
Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and go-to-market plans, and its tactical execution to help achieve business targets in Vietnam and other local markets in the region as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing strategies in alignment with the organization's business targets.
Prepare Go-to-Market plans for specific products and/or species.
Design and execute Marketing Plans / Campaigns to deploy the strategies in the market.
Innovation rollouts.
Conduct market research and data analysis to provide marketing insight and direction.
Manage the organization's Competitive Intelligence.
Ensure brand alignment, clear positioning and messaging.
Develop sales enablement materials and tools for the sales team.
Prepare annual budget and manage expenditures
Represent marketing on cross-functional teams interfacing with product development, production, and manufacturing to develop new products or enhance existing products or product lines.
Manage all marketing-related activities, including but not limited to events, brand, customer engagement, and other similar responsibilities.
