• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to propose both short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns: Coordinate and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (IMC), including
digital marketing, PR, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, events, OOH, etc., to enhance brand awareness and attract potential learners.
• Manage digital communication channels: Oversee and optimize the performance of digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and website, ensuring cost-efficiency through KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
• Analyze data and measure performance: Define clear KPIs for each marketing initiative; regularly analyze reports and evaluate campaign performance for continuous improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget: Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing expenditures effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for each activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure consistency in communication and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and develop the marketing team: Manage, train, and inspire a dynamic and creative marketing team to achieve high performance and drive growth.
• At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Marketing Manager in the education sector (both online and offline), with hands-on involvement in strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership.
• Successfully managed marketing teams of 5+ members, guiding them through high-impact projects and achieving strong business outcomes.
• Deep experience in brand management, with a strong portfolio in KOL/influencer marketing, public relations, offline events, and TV show integration; maintains an active network of partners and media contacts in these areas.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, make bold decisions, and adapt quickly to market changes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving collaboration across departments including sales, operations, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and business performance through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
