THE ROLE: WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Marketing Manager with a strong business mindset, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand equity, and
integrate seamless Online-to-Offline experiences.
- Lead the development of annual and quarterly marketing strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market nuances.
- Online-to-Offline Integration: integrated campaigns that combine digital presence (social media, E-commerce) with offline retail activities (in-store events, sampling, visual merchandising) to drive foot traffic and conversion.
- Analyze F&B market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.
- Oversee
digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social advertising, and CRM initiatives, focusing on ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Retail Marketing & Branding: Enhance the branding image through creative storytelling and premium visual standards at all touch points.
- Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with Operations team to ensure marketing activities supportretail excellence and sales targets.
- Directly supervise and assign tasks for the internal marketing team (
Designer, Digital, Ecom, etc.) to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Provide hands-on guidance and monitor the progress of team members to ensure all projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the F&B or Retail sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Good at English (Spoken & Written)
- Business mind set.
- Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A mature, responsible and proactive leader who can inspire and mentor internal teams effectively.
