MAIN DUTIES
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH
• Ensure marketing strategic plan and activities meet the business unit's needs & closely in line with the overall company marketing strategy.
• Focus on sales-driven marketing activities to maximize ROMI and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Manage 4Ps effectively and provide good consulting service to the sales team to grow sales, and customer base and enhance customer experience and loyalty to the highest level.
• Manage customer segmentation and develop activities to increase customer capability and grow together with customers.
• Identify and support develop new sales opportunities from new markets, new customers, new products and services, new businesses, etc
• Be responsible for arranging and managing BTL activities to introduce the products to customers and end consumers: events, sampling, activation, merchandising, retail audit, etc at all sales channels from conception through to completion, from planning to execution based on the Strategic marketing plan and Action plan and planned budget.
• Conduct performance monitoring and report to control progress, result and quality and ensure achievement of sales and marketing goals and KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze Channel performance, Company and Competitors'4Ps performance and Market trends and movement, and distribution network.
