Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager that wants to become a key member in the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data and monitoring the performance of marketing activities. This position is perfect for those that love working in a dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Active input in brainstorms for new promotions and strategies
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies for multiple brands
- Planning posts on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
- Managing and analyzing campaigns on social media
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly
- Setting up and managing Email flows and automation
- Coordinating and planning of newsletters
- Work with KPIs, monitor budgets and allocate funds wisely
