Develop a global strategic framework that defines the Company's marketing strategies, objectives, target audience, channel mix, budget, measurement, and player journey/messaging needs for each campaign
Communicate plans and performance highlights to key internal/external stakeholders
Using strategic framework, brief internal Marketing team to develop tactical go-to-market plans
Continually review performance and adjust UA strategies against KPIs
Monitor and report on competitor activity and assist marketing team on emerging media technologies, platforms, and consumer media habits
Direct drive testing, measurement, and innovation roadmap
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3-5+ years of planning experience on Game/App Marketing
Ability to translate business goals into actionable strategic plans
Self-starter mentality and track-record for clever social ideas
Experience in providing creative feedback for social content
Experience with setting budgets and bottoms-up media spend forecasting
Knowledge of the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement
Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for gaming, advertising and social media
