Branding:
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights;
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission;
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action";
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
social media and display advertising campaigns;
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies;
Management & Training:
- Manage a team of 10-12 members;
- Run weekly meetings and set objectives for every team member;
- Train & improve performance of all marketing staffs;
Report:
- Monitor the timely follow-up on leads;
- Report weekly & monthly marketing performance;
- Run monthly meetings with BOD to summerize & propose marketing direction & plan;
Marketing & Sales collaboration:
- Develop and manage all Sales and Marketing materials to boost sales & attract new
customer;
- Ensure that all leads are entered in the system with the right form;
- Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the marketing and the sales team with
respect to final performance of TalkFirst;
- Attend the weekly customer insights meeting to identify the location marketing
opportunities;
Other tasks assigned by BOD.
