Marketing Manager (Omron Healthcare Medical Devices)

Marketing Manager will lead market development and performance of the whole product categories of the company, provide strengths to company's brand positioning in the market, formulate strategic planning and marketing directions as well as make sure for excellent executions of the marketing plans to reach strategic goals of the Company. Marketing Manager will also lead customer service team in providing excellent after-sale-service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the Marketing, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, work allocation, conflict resolution and termination and manage all Marketing activities in the designated country.
- Define and align overall marketing strategies and plans to meet customer and consumer needs
- Develop and implement marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility and experience, as well as brand preference for the right customer and consumer segments
- Develop and maintain engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals in strengthening collaboration to meet mutual objectives
- Manage A&P investments as per agreed plans in reaching strategic goals of the Company
- Comply with Corporate & Government regulations in performing ethical business conducts
