We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in the tourism/travel industry to lead marketing activities, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote tour packages and travel services.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors within the tourism industry.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to optimize customer experience and campaign performance.
Oversee
digital marketing channels including social media, website, SEO, email marketing, and advertising campaigns.
Build partnerships with media, KOLs, travel agencies, and related partners.
Monitor marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the tourism/travel industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing data and performance metrics.
Good command of English.
