Mô tả công việc
Purpose of Role:
•Managing the strategic and back bone/big budgeted brands of the company
•Plan, develop, organize, implement, supervise and evaluate marketing and advertising programs to stimulate consumer demand for a specific range or group of products, to achieve volume and profitability targets
•Oversee market research and analysis, promotions, public relations, and advertising associated with assigned brands assesses their success against plan
•Coordinate regularly with Technology, QC, Sales, Production functions on design, distribution, and product specifications/changed as needed
•Guarantee the strong development of assigned brands including Brand Margins, Brand Awareness, Brand Reference, New Product Development, Product Innovation
•Manage the local elements of the marketing mix for all brands; works closely with various public and private agencies to coordinate special events.
Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
1.Oversee all marketing and advertising activities; develop and implement effective promotional plans; develops leads, aggressively pursues new business opportunities
2.Assist with evaluation and adjustment of annual marketing budget as needed
3.Coach, instruct and provide technical assistance to brand managers; provide professional marketing staff training on assignments given; hire, discipline, evaluate, and direct the work of hourly and seasonal staff on an event basis
4.Interact with the authorities, businesses, travel bureaus, community groups, schools, state agencies, and others to promote the Company products; plan, organize and sponsor for various marketing programs and events
5.Develop objectives and implement marketing strategies for promotion programs, daily and special events; responsible for media coverage and public relations of the Company
6.Design, compile, and publish promotional literature, advertising proofs, newsletters, multi-page brochures, scorecards, illustrations, and special events packets for brands as needed
7.Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors and customers; assist in the developping bids, requests for proposal, and contracts
8.Plan, administer, and participate in customer research surveys and benchmarking to determine effectiveness in meeting public needs and to obtain suggestions for improving program operations.
9.Assist Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating marketing events, and programs
10.Perform other job-related duties as required

-Technical/ Professional knowledge and skills
o Knowledge: Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration; or at least 8 yrs experience in brand management or marketing communication
o Skills: Presentation, Communication (both oral & written in Vietnamese & English), excellent use of PowerPoint, Excel, Strong leadership skill
-Operational analysis
-Sales ability & persuasiveness
-Work standard (=Plan, coordinate, implementation & control)
