Develop an awesome marketing plan (content strategy, events marketing, trade marketing, digital, KOL's/Influencers)
Driven by data and results. Develop key metrics and results for F&B business and distribution.
Build, plan and implement digital & marketing strategy, research, campaign materials that leverage brand positioning, audience profile and digital insights and trends
Understand our audience profile, talk their language and make sure we connect with them through content and design.
Organize cool monthly events that will create buzz around town. Collabs with other chefs and other restaurants. Find artists and creative people to do impactful community events.
We give you a budget, you make things happen! Know how to spend on digital and optimize on performance.
Content planning and production. Photoshoot, video series, blogs, community.
Responsible for all facets of campaign planning, budget allocation, creative approval and timeline development.
Make sure all our social media assets look inspiring.
Build and maintain relationships with the creative community, media partners, f&b industry leaders and influencers to keep abreast of new partners and collaborators.
Motivate, mentor and develop great talent.
Be organized, meet deadlines, do timelines.

Degree or diploma in relevant field or industry
Proven experience in product, brand, advertising or marketing background.
Previous experience in F&B, FMCG or beverage distribution
Strong understanding of marketing trends in digital, social and mobile platforms
Deep understanding of how users interact with digital content and how to create great user experiences from a content perspective
Ability to work independently
Ability to multitask changing priorities
Ability to handle dynamic industry with constant developments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote

Mùa is Vietnam's first Craft Sake Brewery and Restaurant. Drawing from hundreds of years of experience from Heiwa, an award-winning sake brewery from Japan, combining seasonal ingredients and embracing Vietnam's "nhau" culture, Mùa Sake aims to deliver the best sake quality and drinking experience while enjoying seasonal and eco-sustainable cuisine at our restaurants.

We are a progressive Vietnamese brand built around the vision of making the world a better place while creating high quality products/experiences that bring value to the world. We have 3 products; Mua Tra Que, Mua Sake Room & Mua Craft Sake.

The product. What are we communicating about?

Mùa Tra Que - Where the brand was founded. Mùa TQ cuisine is built out of a desire to help grow awareness of the diversity of Vietnamese traditional products and cuisines. At Mùa TQ we collect these products and histories, and look to connect them with modern knowledge and technologies to bring Vietnamese cuisine into the present while looking to the future. Our seasonal tasting menu offers a farm to table experience in a unique setting all situated in the historic and natural settings of Tra Que herb gardens, delivering a sanctuary from the sounds and distractions of city life. Mua TQ is our headquarters and innovative culinary training grounds for young and upcoming chefs from around the country.

Mùa Sake Room - Mùa SR combines and draws from Vietnamese "nhau" culture and Japanese izakaya cuisine.

Our sake taproom is a chill and fun place to enjoy drinks and tapas with friends. The taproom's featured sake bar serves up the freshest seasonal sake on tap (namazake), sake cocktails, craft beers and japanese whiskey.

Authentic & unique and with a purpose. Forging Japanese craftsmanship and Vietnamese culture we look to bring craft sake to the next generation.
